Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of reservation. While we make every effort to accommodate requests for male or female treatment providers, we cannot guarantee availability.
We invite you to arrive 45 to 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for enjoyment of our relaxation lounges and spa amenities, including steam, sauna and therapeutic baths. Complimentary teas and fruit infusions are served throughout the day. Late arrival will decrease your treatment time.
Spa Villagio is open daily from 7:30 a.m. ~ 9:00 p.m.
Cancellations for spa treatments are required 24 hours in advance of your scheduled treatment. For Suite Sensations experiences, cancellations require 48 hours advance notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at full treatment value.
An 18% gratuity will be added to each spa treatment.
